Abstract

The research aims to identify the relationship between time management and
leadership behavior of some teachers of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports
Science. The researcher used the descriptive method. The subjects were (100) male and
female teachers of physical education. The researcher designed a questionnaire that consisted
of time management scale as well as a leadership behavior scale. The data was collected and
treated using SPSS. The results showed significant correlation relationship between time
management and leadership behavior in teachers of physical education and sport sciences.
