Abstract

Descriptive research and analytical Students on the second phase in the Faculty of Physical Education University of Maysan This study aimed to identify the values of some kinematical variables that may affect the performance of the second jump (step) in the triple jump. The problem with search addressed the difficulty of your performance effectively triple jump, which needs to study the amount of desalination and here referred to the researcher analyzed the performance of the jump the second stage (step), one of the difficult stages experienced by the jumper if they are to achieve a good result. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the research sample group of students from the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Maysan, who have the best achievement compared with their peers, were used cameras Video and PC laptops to analyze movies and retail sections and extract the values under study, which was most prominent along the second step and the time of their performance and Mal the starting speed and the angle of advancement and the starting point and high center of gravity of the player. The most important is the researcher him Matousel direct correlation between the value of a variable length of step with the values of the following variables (angle of flight, high center of gravity, the rate of speed). The researcher recommended the need to work to improve the physical abilities associated with the performance of step exercises similar to the performance, according to some kinematical values, especially as the proportion of the length of a large step back to create an effect to improve of the overall achievement in the triple jump.
