Technological competency for teaching staff members in college of physical education and the range of them on light of some variations

Abstract

The study has aimed to recognize technological competency for teaching staff members in college of physical education / Baghdad University and the range of them on the light o some variations and The study sample has consisted of (74) teaching staff members related to college of physical education / A l – Jadriya in order to achieve the research aims, the researcher has acted to develop questionnaire consisted of 62 article divided into three ranges to measure the degree of technological efficiencies availability and the rang of practicing and after making sure from the authenticity and approved ; the article has been constituted in its final form out if 51 articles and after distributing the questionnaire to empty & analyze the researcher has obtained many results ; the most important: 1 – The availability of technological efficiencies by the research sample as whole has reached 37 efficiencies out of 51 articles and practicing of technological efficiencies by the research sample has reached 19 efficiencies and the range of %37, 25 while 32 efficiencies do not practice it in educational process and form the range of % 62,74.2 – Availability of technological efficiencies for the males more than the females according to their availability and practicing and at the range of all fields for the males according to the researcher has recommended – Listing the train8ing on education technology as basic demand inside the program of development of teaching staff members for comparison in occupational promotion.
