Developing a strategic alignment scale for volleyball clubs in Iraq

This research goals to improve and apply a scale for strategic alignment and to explain the current state of strategic alignment among administrative board members of clubs participating in the Iraqi Volleyball Premier League Researchers employed a descriptive survey methodology. The research sample was selected purposively from 90 administrative board members of clubs in the second phase of the Premier League, representing 60% of the clubs participating These clubs included North Refineries, South Gas, Erbil, Central Refineries, Nineveh, Peshmerga Al-Daghara, Al-Muqdadiyah, Al-Ahwar, and Haditha. Discriminatory power, consistency and skewness coefficients were then calculated as part of the scale's improvement The researchers concluded that some clubs indicate significant interest in strategic alignment due to its vital role in fostering a relatively stable and problem-free environment as evidenced by their adoption of the dimensions of strategic alignment.
