Abstract

This research aims at knowing the effect of a suggested educational program by using ball-games to improve some of the cognitive and psychomotor abilities for nine years old boys. The sample include twenty students from Muhammad AL-Kasim primary school from the third grade . They were randomly selected and divided into two groups ; control group and experimental group and each group include ten students. The items of program made by ministry of education were applied on students of the control group and program made by researcher was applied on students of experimental group. The researcher used bourdous standard for cognitive and psychomotor abilities . The subsequent tests and video taping were done after giving the proposed program . The researcher has concluded that the differences in subsequent standard for all the cognitive and psychomotor abilities were supporting the experimental group except for the blackboard test which was unsatisfactory
