Abstract

Because of the importance of an individual's health, which is one of the most important issues that underlie all the work, whether mental or physical, has increased interest in recent decent physical appearance and the search for the ideal slim body for the purpose of performing the duties of life quickly and less effort to reduce the likelihood of injury and some diseases, the lack of known disease movement. The research aims to: 1. Develop a training curriculum for aerobics ongoing research of a sample. 2nd Identify the impact of curriculum changes in some physical and biochemical, physiological and physical measurements and physical self-concept of a sample research, the researcher used the experimental approach to the problem of appropriate research, but research sample was selected and the way was the intentional (16) women, age (30-40), conducted tests to tribal for two days the first day to measure the weight and length and thickness of the oceans and the body folds and some physiological measurements (pulse pressure), while the second day was the withdrawal of blood tests and physical and physiological (Ravi test) and then applied to the proposed exercises Menhh Erubik for two months and then make a posteriori tests and then deal with the results were statistically access to the following conclusions: - Affects the approach to the proposed exercises Erubik positive elements to improve the level of physical fitness and physiological and biochemical indicators and physical measurements and physical self-concept to the members of the sample.
