Abstract

The research aimed at identifying the effect of exercises using assisting aids on the development of physical and motor abilities in 100m running achievement in individuals with simple disability. The researchers used the experimental method on physically disabled national league athletes. The training program lasted for (8) weeks with (3) training sessions per week using interval training (low intensity and high intensity). The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to conclude that the training program proposed by the researchers develop physical and motor abilities in individuals understudy as well as developing their mental skills.
