Abstract

The research aimed at identifying the training requirement of the central Iraqi tennis federation staff and its branches in the middle and south of Iraq from the administrative bureau point of view. The researchers used the descriptive method on (36) members including the presidents of the federations and it members. A scale was designed to measure training requirements from administrative point of view. The test was applied on the sample then a retest followed after (13) weeks. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to conclude that the subjects need training on special technical skills while perceptual skills do not require training.
