Evaluating Arab Championship Participation Results of Paralympic Swimming since 2000 from the Administrative board, Experts and Specialists points of view
The researcher aimed at designing a participation questioner for Iraqi team participating in the Arabic championship, identifying the Arabic championship that paralympic swimmers participated at, identifying the most important achievements of Iraq in paralympic tournament as well as the limitations faced during the championship and analyzing these results. The researcher used the descriptive method. The subject (70) administrative board, experts, and specialist, 60 for main experiment and 10 for pilot study. The researcher concluded that political conditions had a great effect on the participation results and economical and administrative axes were all affected by politics in Iraq. Finally the researcher recommended providing finance for the swimming Paralympic swimmers, isolating the federation from the political effect and encouraging administrative personal to participate in championships inside and outside of Iraq.
