The study aims to find a grading standard and their borders and determine the levels of standard and their borders, and extraction percentages achieved the levels of standard for students of Phase I and Phase IV, and compared those ratios derived for each level of the levels of (9) identified by the researcher between undergraduates and students of the fourth stage in testing the ability oxygen (Test of Harvard average legalized), the research sample of this study were randomly selected and the manner of lots are students of the first phase's (72) students and students of the fourth stage's (90) student at the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Baghdad for the academic year 2009 to 2010, has achieved a researcher aims of the research above, were compared the percentages achieved in the test the ability oxygen (test Harvard average rated) between the students of the first stage and fourth stage, the researcher recommended a number of important recommendations, which concern the ability oxygen for students of both phases in the Faculty of Physical Education - University of Baghdad
