Abstract

It included the first door on the front of research, which he discussed the researcher to one of the most important pillars on which they depend to a football game, a referee The second section includes topics concerning the search of the level of performance of the rulers and the qualities of the physical task of the rulers of football in addition to the most important cognitive abilities and the relationship between them and included door Third research methodology as the researcher used the experimental method for suitability to the research problem was the research sample was selected randomly amounting to (26) the rule of the rulers of second-class accredited to the central Iraqi Football Association was in this section show him the work and how it has been selected variables and method of making the main experiment Lama Part IV is a presentation of the results and discussed in the light of the results obtained by the researcher by the own research experience and got the researcher then the conclusions and recommendations reached and presented in Part V One of the main conclusions is the exercise of physical and cognitive positive role in developing the performance of the referees reel level foot, and the most important recommendations is the need to affirm the Central Referees Committee of the Iraqi Football Association to establish intensive training courses to develop the level of referees physical, cognitive and mental assistants and then achieve the ideal level
