Abstract

A search on the five refused Part I: Localization: P research: Lead sense of time and distance an important role in the performance operations to the fact that the function of the muscular sense and a sense represents the main entrance and the frame fixed to the success of the training process. The research problem: most of the coaches not to follow and focus when training this age group according to the rhythm through which adjusts the athlete a sense of distance and time during duplicates. The target Search: Vkana preparation exercises to the rhythm of running and to identify the impact on some special physical abilities and a sense of distance and time and the completion of an enemy 200 m distance junior. The imposition of research was that there were statistically significant differences between the tests (before and after physical or -baadih) Find the variables in the sample.What areas of research: it included on the human sphere: a sample of the junior category aged (14-16 years) for the Athletics in School Olympic champion (Baghdad). The temporal area: From (01/10/2015 until 04/04/2015). The spatial field: Shaab Stadium / Baghdad. Part II: own research has included theoretical studies. Part III: it included the research methodology and the experimental style of the two groups (experimental and control) The sample was selected and the way their number was intentional (6) runners were divided into (3) runners for each group. After that it was conducted homogeneity and parity among respondents. Part IV contains the results and analyzed and discussed.What Part V : contains the conclusions and recommendations : the researcher concluded the following: 1. Led style exercises to the rhythm of running a positive impact on the results of research variables and physical abilities and sense of time and distance and the completion of an enemy distance ( 200 m) the experimental group . The recommendations were : the need to use the exercises to the rhythm of running at training physical abilities and accomplished distance ( 200 m) , and the need to legalize the rhythm of running drills and conduct similar studies in accordance with the physical and physiological variables and for both sexes
