Preparing Special Exercises Using Resistance According To Interval Training And Its Effect On Special Endurance In Advance Road Cyclists

The aim of the research is preparing special exercises using resistance according
to high – intensity interval training. The research also aimed at identifying the effect of these
exercises on developing special endurance. The subjects were (8) cyclists from Al Sena
Club. The training program consisted of skill – like exercises using adjustable resistance in
the main part of training session. The program was (16) training sessions with (2) sessions
per week for (8) weeks. The researchers concluded that skill – like exercises develop special
endurance in cyclists.
