The Effect Of Physical – Skill Exercises Inside Specific Areas For Developing Speed Endurance In Youth Football Players

Abstract

Football is considered one of the sports that require speed and endurance in
performance thus this research aimed at designing a training program for developing speed
endurance in Iraqi youth football players. it also aimed at identifying the effect of these
exercises on physical abilities specially speed endurance. The researcher used the
experimental program. The subjects were (20) football players aged (17 – 19) years old from
Al Kerbala club. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations. The
researcher concluded that the training program designed by the researcher positively affected
speed endurance as shown in posttests results of the experimental group.
