Constructive Learning Strategy and Its Effect on Cognitive Achievement and Learning Some Offensive Skills in Basketball

Modern teaching trends have a great effect on the human mind and it motivates it to design learning programs that matches the need of the learning. The problem of the research lies in the lack of interest in modern teaching strategies. The aim of the research is to design a scale for measuring a cognitive achievement of some offensive basketball skills. The researcher designed a learning program according to constructive learning strategy. The researchers hypothesized statistical differences between pre and posttests. The researchers used the descriptive method and the experimental method. The subjects were (16) female first year students college of physical education for women. The subjects were divided into two groups experimental and controlling groups.
