Abstract

Researchers observed through their presence in the field of game volleyball, that most of the players Iennn weakness in the performance of beating the overwhelming front and country and the inability to choose the skill required commensurate with the positions of the real play, including most of the basic skills they contain several skill forms and lead speeds and altitudes and different directions , so researchers study this problem Arti by relying on exercises corresponding to both arms to help provide a large number of motor programs per skill and activated during the positions of real play, as well as the ability to choose the appropriate response to the required position within Alambarah.1- The aim of the research is to identify the Arm favorite effect is to activate the motor program in the development of performance and accuracy beating overwhelming country volleyball players and identify the influence preference for non-preferred arm exercises and exercise routine to activate the motor program in the development of performance and accuracy beating overwhelming Qatari plane ball players.
