Abstract

Enables problem in completion of this fluctuation age and may have many causes including physical abilities especially speed and muscle power, whether explosive or characteristic velocity, and for this age level, and the importance of these variables for the long jump, so the researcher tries to use compound exercises teaching instant power development training through the use of the relative strength of the working muscles In the event these ages, which helps in addressing weaknesses during the performance and trying to avoid by using the training curriculum includes exercises for the development of real-time power coupled with performance skills and learn about the impact that might help jumper in training the right direction, and then evolve in performance and achieve better achievement, research aims to prepare compound exercises according to the relative strength and performance of the instantaneous force development for the long jump and then see the effect these exercises on development of real-time force sample Search. And flag. It is assumed that there are significant differences between the tests sample fingerprinting research on instantaneous power values during advancement and completion of the long jump when the players took the application training curriculum (7) weeks, and (4) training units per week for a total (28) training unit during the period of research. , The researcher concluded several conclusions was that using these exercises led to the development of instantaneous power for men and to improve the amount of force inflicted during advancement and achievement
