تأثير استخدام محلول غذائي ملحي في توازن الصوديوم والبوتاسيوم وانزيم LDH في الدم بعد إتمام عملية الوزن للمصارعين المتقدمين

الملخص

ومما لاشك فيه ان التقدم العلمي الحاصل في العلوم الرياضية ومنها علم فسيولوجيا التدريب الرياضي وعلم التغذية التي وضحت أهمية السوائل والاملاح المعدنية بالنسبة للرياضي وكيفية تعويض السوائل والاملاح المفقودة والمحافظة على توازن السوائل في الجسم حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في اختلال توازن بعض عناصر الاملاح المعدنية في الدم مثل الصوديوم والبوتاسيوم واختلال مستوى انزيم LDH ويهدف البحث الى اعداد محلول غذائي يتم تناوله عن طريق الفم لتعويض الاختلال الحاصل في هذه العناصر وتم تطبيق التجربة على (9) مصارعين من فئه المتقدمين  وتم استخدام المنهج التجريبي تصميم المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة ذات القياسات القبلية والبينية والبعدية وتم استخدام SPSS  لمعالجة البيانات احصائيا  ووفقا للنتائج التي تم الحصول عليها استنتج الباحث ان للمحلول الغذائي تأثير ايجابي في عودة هذه العناصر اقرب ما يمكن الحال الطبيعية  اضافة الى ذلك اوصى الباحث بضرورة استخدام المحلول الغذائي على عينات ومستويات وفئات أخرى.
