Abstract

The present research, the researchers examined the level of professional development of the teaching methods of physical education and sports sciences through the consideration of their students. The scale was designed according to KAIZEN's strategy for the quality of education and its role in developing the professional level of teachers. To the level of professional development of a faculty member in the Faculty of Basic Education / Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in accordance with the KAIZEN strategy for the quality of education from the point of view of their students. As well as knowledge of the level of professional development of the teaching member of the Faculty of Basic Education / Department of Physical Education in accordance with the KAIZEN strategy The study found that faculty members in teaching methods of physical education and sports sciences have different professional development skills in several fields. You have a few skills of professional development that the faculty members' lack, but they were at an average or below average
