Abstract

Highlights the importance of this research in the use of exercise; to raise the level of musculoskeletal fitness to employees of the university who require their use of computers for relatively long periods; to maintain their health and make the most of their mental abilities and give them a good feeling of vitality and energy, researchers have observed through the follow-up frequency of the university employee fitness room physical research problem represented by the presence of low and clear for the case of individuals who suffer from health problems, lack of flexibility and joint pain in addition to the weak muscles of the body and its inability to cope, the main reason Hoaljlos long hours to spend their work, which may double over time to serious diseases like Aldsk at the bottom of the back; result Stress Almtakerrmen office work and without a break.
