The impact of the use of special exercises with tools to assist in learning a skill clapotement basketball Reconstruction

Abstract

The importance of the research lies in using special tools for teaching dribbling
and finding their effects on learning dribbling basketball. The problem of the research lies in
weakness in basketball dribbling performance. The researcher aimed at designing special
exercises using teaching aids as well as identifying the effects of these aids on learning dribbling in basketball. The researchers used the experimental method. The subjects were
selected from Baghdad basketball clubs aged 9 – 12 Years old. The researchers used (Elaf
Ahmed 2004) dribbling test for measuring dribbling. The data was collected and treated
using proper statistical methods. The results showed the necessity of using special exercises
using teaching aids for learning dribbling in basketball as well as in all other skills.
