Abstract

The importance of the research lies in finding training styles to train PNF that treats decrease in maximal strength after identifying the caused that facilitation adaptation in muscle group due to resistance on muscle. The research aimed at designing exercise for PNF and identifying the effect of these exercises on the maximal strength of classic physique athletes’ lower extremities. The researchers used the experimental method on (12) compotators of classic physique with average heights (171 – 175cm) and weights (77-83) a pilot study was conducted followed by the main exercises then posttests and the data as collected and treated using SPSS to conclude that PNF exercises have a positive effect on improving lower extremities maximal strength, the researchers recommended applying these PNF exercise and paying close attention to their rules.
