دور المشرف الأكاديمي بفاعلية أداء التدريب الميداني لطلاب كلية التربية البدنية علوم الرياضية في المدارس

هدف البحث الى اعداد مقياسين دور المشرف الأكاديمي وفاعلية التدريب الميداني للطلاب، التعرف على العلاقة بين دور المشرف الأكاديمي وفاعلية التدريب الميداني لطلاب المرحلة الرابعة/كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة-جامعة بغداد. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وكان تساؤل البحث ماذا سوف يحقق التدريب الميداني (التطبيق) للطلاب؟ وما هو دور المشرف الأكاديمي في عملية التدريب الميداني. وتكون مقياس مشرف الأكاديمي من (15) فقرة ومقياس فاعلية التدريب الميداني للطلاب من (15) فقرة، وشمل مجتمع البحث تدريسي كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة البالغ عددهم (176) تدريسي وبلغ عدد طلاب المرحلة الرابعة ذكوراً وإناثاً (362) طالباً وطالبة، كانت فترة التطبيق الميداني للطلاب هي (6) أشهر. واختيرت عينة بحث بشكل عشوائي تناسبي بنسبة 42% شملت (74) تدريسياً و (154) طالب وطالبة. واستنتجت الدراسة أن مقياسي دور المشرف الأكاديمي وفاعلية التدريب الميداني للطلاب ترتبط فيما بينها ارتباطا قوياً.
