The Study of Change Management Reality in Administrative Bureaus' Human resources for Some Baghdad Sports Clubs
The problem of the research lies in answering the following questions: will we adapt to change and make a workable strategy for decision making? The researcher designed a questioner to identify the reality of change management in human resources. The research aimed at identifying the change management reality in the administrative bureaus of sport clubs from the player's point of view. The researcher used the deceptive method. The subjects were (22) sport clubs (357) athletes were selected to fill in the questioner. The results showed the positive reality of change management in human recourses. The researchers recommended paying attention to change management in human resources to change the reality of sport teams level and development.
